The Auto Channel reported that Chrysler LLC has penetrated into a new joint venture with the world’s biggest regional theme park company, the Six Flags, Inc., to provide millions of consumers a personal experience with Chrysler, Jeep(R) and Dodge vehicles with the best truck parts. The all-American automaker will have a major presence at 10 Six Flag theme parks across the country all through the 2008 summer with more parks added in 2009. In addition to this, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles along with their splendid truck parts will turn out as the Official Vehicles of Six Flags Theme Parks as part of the ground-breaking affiliation.
“We are bringing our Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles directly to consumers. With approximately 25 million people visiting Six Flags Theme Parks each year, this is a great opportunity to showcase our products and to strategically engage consumers in a fun and interactive way,” says Deborah Meyer, Chrysler LLC Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.
These activities consist of interactive vehicle displays which will differ by park, special park happenings and sweepstakes, ride-and-drives, in-park marketing, attraction sponsorship and dealer and employee ticket discounts.
“This agreement combines the ultimate neighborhood park with the ultimate neighborhood auto. The breadth of the Six Flags reach and our ability to fully immerse and integrate consumer brands into the park experience is quickly proving to be the ideal out-of-home solution for marketers,” says Mark Shapiro, Six Flags President and CEO.
The Chrysler and Jeep brands will stand as major sponsors at five parks, while Dodge brand will be featured at five additional parks. The 10 participating Six Flag parks are:

— Six Flags Magic Mountain; Valencia, Calif. – Dodge
— Six Flags Great America; Gurnee, Ill. – Chrysler/Jeep
— Six Flags Over Texas; Arlington, Texas – Dodge
— Six Flags Over Georgia; Austell, Ga. – Dodge
— Six Flags Fiesta Texas; San Antonio, Texas – Dodge
— Six Flags New England; Agawam, Mass. – Chrysler/Jeep
— Six Flags America; Largo, Md. – Chrysler/Jeep
— Six Flags St. Louis; St. Louis, Mo. – Dodge
— Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom; Louisville, Ky. – Chrysler/Jeep
Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge remarkable models will be notably exhibited at each park.
