The unit was as I expected. However the ball for the top the flag pole was crushed in shipping..
Wonderful service. The flag pole is a stately addition ot our yard to display the 2 flags.
It’s Beautiful.and been in use everyday since the concrete hardened. The day after it came to me.
We ordered this flag on 3/26/10. We recieved it on 4/2/10. When we went to put it up a couple weeks later one of the locking collars was broke. I ginally got a hold of some one about a week later and I told them that one of the locking collars/rings were broke and did I need to send back? They told me know that it was a replaceable part. 2-3 weeks later I recieved the rings for the flag not the tubes w/ the locking collars that actually keep the pole in the are. I called about a week later to let them know that that was not what I was talking about and tried to explain what I needed one more time but before I could the girl started to yell at me telling me that it had been almost 2 months since I ordered the part and they are not responsible to send me anything. That she knows nothing about the product and only writes down what I tell them. Now next week it will actually be 2 months since I ordered, about a month and a half since I recieved the intial broken product,and I still do not have a working flag pole nor the parts to fix. I don’t know if there sending me any parts because she could not tell me if this was something that they couls send. This company is a joke. Very poor product and very rude customer service. They act like it’s my fault they sent me faulty product and I should be happy they are trying to help me at all. I have since looked up other complaints about this company since my bad misfortune to have ordered something form this company.
