A debt free life is an aspiration that most people have, especially those who are in debt. It is because of this dream that many of us search tirelessly for solutions to our debt problems.

Good debt administration is critical, be it for personal retail debt on credit cards, or your primary asset debt re-payments i.e. home and car loans are spiraling out of control and you are staring at the abyss of personal or company financial bankruptcy. Unfortunately more often than not the main reason you are in debt is probably because you took on more credit than you could afford or pay off. And the interest rates are on the verge of completely wiping you out financially.

In all truth – a good number of people are not proficient in money and finance related issues. Plus in the majority of debt occurrences, debt was a result of mismanagement of our finances. We probably went on an impulse buying spree and this was not with your money but with credit from financial institutions that were more than willing to give you their credit cards together with high interest rates. By deferring the repayments you have ended up accumulating a substantial amount of interest rates that has surpassed the original amount of money you borrowed. In a small number of months, we are left with a stack of credit card charges but no money to clear them.

It might also turn out to be that you are unemployed and you have found yourself caught up with the debt you accumulated earlier on but are now unable to pay for.
